Berger paint-Shareholder Received N202.88Million Dividend

 


The Shareholders of Berger Paints Nigeria Plc will receive a  dividend of N202.88 million for the financial year ending
.

According to the  Board of Directors of Unilever Plc, the power vested upon them proposed a final dividend of 70 kobos per share as of last year.

This was made known to the company that the shareholders who naappearpears as registered members will receive dividends and tax on the 26 of April.

According to the statement signed by the company, on May 24, 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on Register and to those who have completed the e-dividend registration

The company advises Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is available on the website.

This was also made known by the company Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are also advised to complete the e-dividend registration online.

According to Berger Paints company audited report for last year pretax profit increased by 100 percent, which led to the increase in inflation in the country.

According to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS),  looking at the trend, the February 2023 inflation rate showed an increase of 0.09% points when compared to January 2023 headline inflation rate.

This was made known to the company that there is an increase in growing revenue in the last year.
